- Property photos and video walkthroughs uploaded by sellers are hosted on high-speed, secure Cloudinary content delivery networks.
- By submitting photos and videos, sellers grant Capital Prime the license to display this media publicly on capitalprime.co.in to market and showcase the land parcel to prospective buyers.
4. Zero Third-Party Data Selling
- We never sell, rent, or trade your personal phone numbers, email addresses, or inquiry logs to third-party telemarketers, loan aggregators, or spammers.
- Your contact details are used strictly within the context of genuine real estate transactions and inquiries in Ranchi.
5. Data Security & Retention
- All data in transit between your browser and our servers is secured using modern TLS/HTTPS encryption with HTTP Strict Transport Security (HSTS).
- Property records and seller contact info are stored in access-restricted, secure cloud databases with IP rate-limiting to prevent automated scraping or abuse.
- Sellers may request updates, edits, or deletion of their property listings at any time by contacting our support team.
